MB70HG

MB70HG is a filler master batch for the production of pearlized BOPP films. The MB70HG contains 70% treated fine mineral fillers and the vacuoles are formed in the film structure during the bi-orientation process, making opaque and reducing its density according the film thickness and processing condition. The MB70HG can be used at a let-down ratio of 1:6 (15-25%) with homo polypropylene.

MB70HG مستربچ کربنات کلسیم برای تولید فیلم‌های BOPP صدفی است. MB70HG حاوی 70٪ کربنات کلسیم با دانه بندی بسیار ریزو پوشش دار است وباعث ایجاد واکوئل‌ها در ساختار فیلم طی فرآیند اورینتیشن می‌شود که باعث مات شدن و کاهش چگالی آن بسته به ضخامت فیلم و شرایط فرایندی می‌شود MB70HG را می‌توان با نسبت وزنی 1:6 (15-25٪) با همو پلی پروپیلن استفاده کرد.
